There are two types of dentures; complete dentures and partial dentures.
A complete denture is used to replace all of the teeth in a dental arch. They are made with an injection molded, gum colored acrylic base with acrylic teeth custom picked to match your desired esthetic. A complete denture may be recommended for one or both of your dental arches.
A partial denture is used to replace multiple teeth in a dental arch while still utilizing the healthy, nature teeth still remaining. They are made with a metal frame work base and an injection molded, gum colored acrylic and acrylic teeth custom picked to match your desired esthetic. A partial denture may be recommended for one or both of your dental arches.
